Cancellations are accepted by phone only. BOOKALIFT requires all cancellations be received no less than 2 hours prior to scheduled transfer time. Failure to cancel within the 2 hour cancellation window will result in full fare charges including gratuity. Any and all changes must be received by phone at least 2 hours prior to transfer. If BOOKALIFT cannot accommodated your cancellation full charges including gratuity will apply… It's mandatory that any and all changes be made through client services by calling 604 719 1947. All deposits are NON refundable. Hylton Transportation Inc. Dba: BOOKALIFT is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused in duration of the transfer by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines as a result of client negligence will be paid for by the client. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in all of our vehicles. Waiting time fee will apply after the first 15 minutes grace period…. clients will be billed in 15 increments at $1.00 per minute. BOOKALIFT assumes no responsibility for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. road hazards, accidents, etc.). BOOKALIFT is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Outstanding balances must be paid to the driver on the transfer date prior to the transfer. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
